The hotel is extremely organized; this is the second time I’ve stayed here and the quality of delivery is consistent. I work in hotel consulting, specifically in operations, and the delivery is wonderful. Kudos to the team, orchestrated by manager Marcos.

I really liked the service. I had to ask for an extra blanket and more pillows. On the night I stayed, room service was unavailable because the restaurant was hosting an event. I felt that impacted my experience, as room service should be independent of the dining hall.

The location is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very old and worn out, breakfast was below average, there was a bad smell in the room, and insects were present—overall below expectations.

The whole setup was solid, the breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive; the location was great. The bed shook a lot, so it would be nice to have firmer mattresses.
