“HE'S GOT TO GO, POOR MANAGEMENT”
Very convenient location. I didnt like that the manager, some heavier set guy, called me to tell me my guest isn't on my reservation and so he has to go. I told the manager on duty when I checked in that there were 2 people staying in the room, she never asked for his name, to see id or anything. He then said he could stay if I put him on the registry. No problem. When I got off work I went straight to the room. He was now lecturing me on how I cant rent rooms for other people. No clue what he was talking about. He said if i rent the room, i have to be staying there , but I WAS staying there and informed him of that, that during the day im at work and at night im in the room. Then the next thing I know he's telling me I'm banned for life from renting there and to get the stuff from the room and go. I informed him I was going to need my partners help to get the stuff from the room, he did no, so I went by myself. I have VERY serious heart issues and can't lift more than 5lbs. Just walking to the room and back made me fell like I was going to have a stroke or heat attack. I then informed this manager, look, I don't care what you say, he has to come with me to help cause this was going to kill me if he didn't. So we went to our room, got out did and then left. Dude had a serious problem, shouldn't be a manager, and he had NO right banning me for life because I did what I was doused to do, I informed them of a second person, that's on them that they didn't tell me at time if check in that they needed to see his id. HUGE THUMBS👎
