I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had a fantastic view and was well-appointed, but the service in the restaurant was a bit slow, as it took a while for our dinner to arrive. Despite this, the overall quality of the room made up for the delay.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the special local dish they arranged for us was honestly the highlight of our culinary adventures in Kigali.
