The highlight is the location, just 500 m or less from the Roman Colosseum and under 2 km from the Trevi Fountain. They gave us a balcony room with an excellent view, and we never heard any external noise. The only downside was that we never saw anyone at reception or any sign for on‑site payment; in the end Booking handled the automatic charge and everything was resolved.

They welcomed me warmly and had my stay ready three hours early. I’m only a few meters from the Colosseum, with restaurants, bars, and an ice cream shop nearby.

The receptionist was super sweet and helpful, and the location is great—just a hop from the Coliseum and the metro. The only gripe: the Wi‑Fi was dead, and my Hola Fly network wouldn't work inside the venue, leaving me disconnected when I entered; otherwise everything was fantastic.
