The rooms were noisy because they were close to the street.

The room was small but cozy and fully equipped. The building is brand‑new and comfortable. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. The parking, though also welcoming, had a car with something sticky on it, and I found the same issue on my shoe soles; I think it’s due to the nearby trees.

The room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Mrs. Maria Elena was available throughout the stay, and I highly recommend her.

The room was pretty, and the amenities were great: teas, coffee, welcome sweets, and soaps for hands, intimate care, shampoo, and shower gel. The room was a bit small, the location was somewhat far from Foligno (everything reachable only by public transport), and the street‑side location with heavy traffic made it especially noisy at night.
