Clean, basic dated property. Check‑in took a while. We had to call on a phone in the check‑in area and wait for someone to open the closed window. It was late at night but our check‑in time was 11 pm, which we met.

Uhhhhhhh. Hmmmmm The pillowcases and sheets were stained, so we bought our own. There were roaches on the counter and in the fridge. Sketchy people were hanging around outside, one of whom turned out to be a clerk. The hallway smells were a bit much.

I appreciated that Dish TV was available, so I could catch the NF.L games, but the screen was tiny. There were cockroaches, rooms were filthy, and they charged $11.40 for towel and sheet changes.

Nothing positive. The management was poor and we were overcharged with a $350 N tax per week, then given two weeks or 15 technical dates from check‑in on 7/2 to 7/23 for 1102. After about 24 days, they told us to vacate at 9 am with our belongings, no reason, no refund. I was robbed of 1102.00 for room 12 (now the cleanest room in the motel). I was falsely accused of damaging a dry‑rotted old mop that took 3 hrs under water and bleach to clean, discovering it was likely the only time the mop had been used in years. I couldn’t breathe in the rooms. The glass was painted in orange stain and the floors were bleached twice. The ancient mop head finally eroded and was returned to the backyard shed after use. We still weren’t refunded, though I was told my bank would cover the return/refund.

The location was convenient, but that was the only good thing. From arrival, the stay was disappointing. No front desk staff from 10 PM to 10 AM, which is very inconvenient if issues arise. Outside the hotel, especially near the entrance and parking lot, several people were smoking and hanging around, making us feel somewhat unsafe. When we got to our room, the key card didn’t work. Finally inside, the room had a small kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, but no plates, silverware, cookware, or even basic utensils. Advertising a kitchenette with nothing to use is pointless. The bathroom had only one small bar of soap and two towels. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; you could feel the springs through the mattress. We requested a double bed but received a small full‑size bed instead. The room also had a strong urine/animal odor, indicating the hotel allows pets, and the smell persisted. Worse, we found cockroaches in the bathroom near the electrical outlets.
