The location was great, rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the hotel’s finish was high‑quality, giving a 10/10 price‑to‑quality ratio. The lunches were decent for the price. The only downside was the poor breakfasts, which didn’t match the quality. That’s the only negative. Many reviews are unfair, but my family and I were very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

The location, cleanliness, and standard were appropriate for the price. Leaving the property in the early morning snow was a major challenge. The driveway was steep and unshovelled; even when we asked for help, the staff didn’t react immediately. My partner had to grab a shovel and the “snow‑sand” available at the building to get any traction on the 200 m path. That was a huge minus during our stay. We felt ignored and left to deal with it alone.

Parking is good, unlike most hotels, but the name can mislead people because the place isn’t in Zakopane; it’s actually in Suche after Poronin. If you don’t order food, there’s literally nothing on the premises—no fridge, no kitchen.
