The rooms were original, the staff super helpful, and the location awesome. The price‑value got a bit off when I extended my stay.

We were given a drink voucher on arrival, and every day at a set time we could get alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks; the hotel also offered many discount coupons for nearby restaurants, useful for tourists, plus free sauna reservations. On a rainy day, the sauna warmed us up nicely. The hotel sits in the city centre, ideal for walking to any attraction. The staff were very friendly. We were three in a mid‑floor room; staying inside on a rainy day watching TV was very comfortable. The hotel itself has a rich history, a church behind it, and we could hear gentle bells. The bathroom’s rubber strip was a bit peeling, and sometimes water splashed out while showering.

The rooms were simple but cozy. The coffee machine mattered a lot since we were there on a Sunday when most places were closed and it was raining. The wine hour was a pleasant surprise, offering a free glass of Italian wine. We enjoyed a great view of the church behind the hotel. The only drawback was the window: it was windy and rainy outside, letting water in, so we kept it closed. The room became stuffy at night.
