We liked the service at the restaurant, but the blankets were overly warm and fluffy and the pillows huge; the breakfast buffet was a bit disorganised with items spread out in odd places, making it hard to find what we wanted, and the gluten‑free selection was mediocre – we’d have preferred all ingredient lists available for special diets.

The hotel is very pleasant and cozy with friendly staff, close to the city and restaurants, and the spa they had was incredibly cosy – highly recommended.

The modern, spacious room was nice, the shower worked well, the bed was comfy, and the minibar was handy; the restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

I slept in a nice bed and the staff were friendly, but the place was completely noisy while relaxing; they still charged me in full even though I had a child, and when the fire alarm went off after the child fell asleep I had to wake her up and everyone had to leave the hotel.
