Nothing good. There was no hot water; they told us the fourth floor had none. We didn’t get towels, and they wouldn’t bring them until the next day. The street noise was loud, and you can’t pay with a credit card.

I booked this hotel after my original reservation at Hotel San Fermin Pereira was canceled when I arrived to check in! The room was dirty. Walls had dead bugs squashed on them, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the sheets and pillowcase had a lot of hair on them. I took pics and immediately went back downstairs to show the receptionist! I told her that I wasn’t going to stay there! She canceled my reservation!

I woke up to a breakfast that was just plain mediocre, with no kitchen at all, giving the vibe of a shabby farm; I always ended up eating outside. The hotel itself was a nightmare, surrounded by seedy bars that blasted music at full volume on Saturday nights, making it impossible to sleep with all the crazed drunk patrons around.

The place was spotless, and the location made city exploration a breeze. However, it got a bit noisy at times, and the shower never provided hot water.
