We came back with my husband after half a year because we were very satisfied then. Now we were cheated! We booked the same room with a balcony and sea view – that’s why we came back and paid a lot more. On arrival the host showed us a room without a balcony, only a window with a sea view. The reservation clearly stated a room with a balcony and NOT just a view. The host, instead of explaining, was very unpleasant, aggressive and ruined our whole trip. Beware! Also, the bathroom had no shower door – it was ripped out and everything got soaked. Open gel packages were under the shower. The tub was dirty, the walls were scratched, and the AC smelled awful.

A great stay at this place! We arrived early in the morning in Naples and were able to leave our bags safely in the hotel while the room was being prepared. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Umberto and had top‑class communication with him throughout our stay. During check‑in he took the time to explain how the hotel and the room worked – it was very clear! He then sent us address recommendations that were very useful during our stay. Finally, our flight was at 6 a.m., so he booked a taxi for us. The trip went smoothly, the schedule was kept, and the price was much cheaper than if we had gone through other platforms. We highly recommend this hotel, ideally located near the Beverello port and the best neighborhoods of Naples.

Posizione centrale, a pochi passi da via Toledo e vicino alla stazione metro; il proprietario ci ha accolti e ci ha dato numerosi suggerimenti su luoghi da visitare e tragitti da percorrere (durante il nostro soggiorno c’era una parata per cui la città era più popolata del solito ed alcune strade erano chiuse).
