Quiet, comfortable, clean, and stylish; his sister runs a restaurant next door, making it a great spot. Too much off‑site, for me. I couldn’t get the TV or shower working as I wanted. Otherwise, okay, aside from a bit of off‑site…
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner shows a huge discount on Booking to attract guests, then presents you with the invoice without the discount! Never seen that since I travel and use Booking.

The room was huge, roomy, and quiet, and the host was outstanding, always ready to help. The only downside was that the toilet sometimes had a slightly unpleasant smell due to reused wastewater. Otherwise everything was great.

The accommodation is very quiet, in a lovely garden, and the host was very courteous and helpful. He prepared a great breakfast on our request, as locals do. Next to it is a small restaurant where you can probably eat well, but they tried to overcharge us and wanted triple the price for a local Rice & Curry.
The place was spotless and spacious, and the Sri Lanka breakfast and optional on‑site dinner were delicious. The host was extremely helpful and answered every question. It’s a bit outside Sigiriya, but the peace and nature there are worth it. I’d highly recommend it.
