“Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder”
The rooms were simply great, the staff very friendly and attentive, and breakfast was simply sensationally good. Everything was wonderful.

Efficient. Everything works. The location isn’t the best. A solid, working person’s hotel with not much for the leisure traveler.

Breakfast was decent, but the staff kept asking for my room number like I owed them money 😄. My boss and a colleague had checked out the day before and were handed a small bottle of wine, but I didn't receive anything. The taxi service you arrange ripped me off; I paid EUR 165 to get from the hotel to Frankfurt airport terminal 3. Stop using that taxi line—there’s no meter, you can’t pay by card, and they claim they accept cards but then say the app on their phone doesn’t work at the airport and force you to hand over cash.

It exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious and had a sofa bed for the kids. Everything was arranged for our arrival, and because we were a bit late the front desk wasn’t there, we could enter with an app and open all doors. The next morning the breakfast was good and quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly. All in all, a definite recommendation for other families.
