Pandanus Palms Holiday Resort, on North Stradbroke Island, features villas with balconies offering views of Moreton Island and the Coral Sea. The resort is a 2-minute drive to Cylinder Beach and a 5-minute drive to Point Lookout's Main Beach. Villas have kitchens, laundry facilities, and outdoor BBQs. On-site amenities include a pool, tennis court, and tropical garden with wildlife. Whale migration can be seen from June to October.

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Jen who checked us in and explained everything about the villa and the area; she clearly loves both the island and the resort. Walking into the villa left us speechless with breathtaking views, and we were greeted by kangaroos at the back gate and whales putting on a show. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay to soak up every moment. We’ll definitely return and recommend the Pandanus Resort to anyone visiting North Straddie. The villa did need a bit of maintenance, likely due to the salty ocean air, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment.

The price and the apartment were beautiful. The dishwasher was dirty and there was a lot of dust under the beds.
