Everyone was so nice and I had a very comfortable stay here. Bugs were in the room, but I understand that we’re in the woods.

“Great village with lots to do winter and summer”
The folks who run the bike park and outfit the riders with gear and bikes were very kind. The staff who checks you in were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was huge. The room needed a little sprucing up, the coffee pot was impossible to use, and calling at 9:30 am on check‑out regarding timeshare was a little annoying.

We were not told there was no ac until we were in the room there was a little note saying no ac sorry for the inconvenience. And it was the middle of summer

At check in jo one inform me that there wasn't room service available for our type of stay, for the 4 days that we was in the room, no one ever came to get the trash and we had a very small trash can , or maybe I didn't understood well about this reservation
