The front desk staff showed a very inattentive interest in both check‑in and check‑out, lacking any knowledge of customer details, and that was the only issue.

The location was fine, but the rooms are in bad condition and need renovation, especially for a big brand name; the food is also poor, the staff is uncooperative, and overall I would rate this hotel a 3 out of 10, which reflects only the location; Piccadilly management must work on this property.

On the one hand, I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and spaciousness, as well as the excellent omelette at breakfast and the high-class dining experience at the Punjab restaurant. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, and the breakfast paranthas and puris were not up to my expectations - they were a bit thicker than I liked. Overall, it was a mixed bag of experiences.
