The hotel’s location was a real advantage for us, making it easy to get around. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Cleanliness was a plus, with both the rooms and common areas well maintained. Overall, I rate the stay positively, especially because of the location, room size, and high level of cleanliness. My main issue was with breakfast service: everything is very elegant and formal, yet sometimes the staff miss what guests say and order. The selection is large, but the European breakfast feels less polished and lacks that final “touch of perfection.” For a hotel of this class, I expected a more relaxed, attentive service rather than a rigid format.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, and the beds were super comfortable. My daughter’s birthday cake was free, which was awesome. Thanks again! Fantastic hotel in an extraordinary, absolutely crazy city!
