“Management is terrible”

It was a great place, but when I tried to pay for another week they told me I had to move out because they’d already booked my room to someone else who hadn’t even arrived yet. I spoke to the manager about being kicked out after booking the extension, and he said, “Too bad you gotta move out!” I’m 59, sometimes have breathing issues, and they stuck me on the 4th floor where the elevator broke down. They didn’t care at all. The manager and some clerks were rude, and I’ve never experienced this in any hotel chain; they’ve lost my business for good.

I stayed one night because of a nearby event, and honestly the only thing worth mentioning was the location. The rooms were roomy, but the bathroom and the bedroom themselves were not well cleaned; it seemed like they only did a quick pass and let grime build up. Under one of the beds there were shop hangers that should have been removed, and a broken curtain let outside light flood in at night. The toilet base was filthy and stained, looking quite disgusting, and the elevator gave off a bad odor.

The room and bathroom were large, but there were no daily housekeeping services, no wardrobe, no hair dryer, and I had to go to the hall to pick up towels and toilet paper.
