The overall cleanliness of the facility is good, the staff are hardworking, helpful, and friendly. The terrace room is advertised as having a view of Sagrada Familia, but the actual room is on the opposite side. Also, the minibar and in‑room drinks were not restocked.

The staff were amazing, kind, helpful, and always answered with a smile, especially with my little 4‑year‑old child. However, we were placed in a suite with really ugly and old furniture, which was the worst I’ve ever seen in my life; I even emailed before arrival asking not to be sent to that room, but they still gave me that ugly old‑furniture room. I also saw a picture of a bathtub in our room, which I needed for my kid to play while I rested, but it turned out to be a shower. Their pool water was so cold that they could have used warm water, but we couldn’t use it at all and my little kid caught a cold because he wanted to go to the pool. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the pool.

The location is good, but the building is stuck in the past: the interior windows are just nailed shut and the exterior ones can’t be opened at all. The mahogany furnishings are very old‑fashioned, never 5‑star, and the bathroom fixtures are the cheapest.

The place is clean, the location is great, and the staff are good. The bathroom always smells like a toilet, and when we asked for help we had to go to reception.

The bellhop and front desk were super helpful, but the bed creaked loudly every time I got in and out of it and when I turned around.
