The staff here were pretty unfriendly, which was a major letdown. The booking and payment process was also a nightmare to navigate. I had to deal with a lot of hassle just to get checked in. Overall, it was a stressful experience.

The breakfast spread was decent, but I was expecting a bit more variety, especially considering it was a continental-style buffet. The service staff were friendly, but there was a noticeable delay in getting our food. On the plus side, the hotel was spotlessly clean and had a really nice interior design. However, the outdoor play areas could have been better enclosed and air-conditioned for comfort.
