The service was top‑notch—Miss Sarah at reception was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Mr Olsi and his crew went the extra mile, even whipping up a special dish that wasn’t on the menu. The only hiccup was a broken TV, but they fixed it before we left. Overall, a memorable stay thanks to the staff’s effort.

Located right on Durazzo’s long beach, the hotel’s spot is unbeatable. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and spotless, and the balcony view was spectacular. Breakfast and dinner were generous, with quality ingredients that made each meal a treat.

The team was friendly and the room stayed warm, but the indoor pool was a disappointment in winter—too cold to use, and the spa was still off when we arrived. We were told it would be ready the next morning, but it never warmed up. Adding to the frustration, the sheets had sand, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The staff were the best—friendly and attentive—but the hotel felt more like a cold house than a 5‑star resort. The room was chilly, the AC didn’t work, and basic amenities like toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers were missing. The spa area was also cold, the sauna only turned on upon arrival, and the shower was broken. The minibar was empty, and the wardrobe and hangers were low‑quality.

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly, making us feel right at home. The location is superb, too.
