The staff.
“Stay was fine.”
I had breakfast but it was pretty bare; my two teens wanted more variety and hot dishes, yet the selection of hot food was still lacking.
The hotel’s proximity to everything was a definite plus.
Breakfast was very small.
“Generally very nice!”
The place was pretty nice and clean, and the laundry service was helpful; the staff were supportive, but there were homeless people hanging around.
