The room was very big and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to BTS and a surrounding food and shopping mall. The staff were very friendly, and even the room cleaner always greeted you every time they saw you. I will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Welcome at reception is always a pleasure, with very friendly and helpful staff, especially K. Namtan, and K. Nui, a very special and friendly cleaner lady.

The room was roomy, but the facilities suffered from poor upkeep and a near‑zero Wi‑Fi signal. Most of the front‑desk staff were unhelpful, which is unusual for Thailand.
