Guest House Espinardo Casa Universitaria

“Great stay, comfortable place, and everything was perfect.”

I had a really great stay here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as expected. The place is quiet, well organized, and has everything you need for a good stay. The hosts were also very nice and helpful. I felt comfortable from the beginning and had no issues at all during my 8 nights. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!. Nothing. Everything was great and I had no complaints

“Overbooking and dishonest handling”

I was scammed by the host who had an overbooking issue; instead of apologizing, she blamed me for not informing her of my arrival even though I had paid for the whole stay five months ahead and texted her the day before. She then moved me to a different room that was much worse—no Wi‑Fi, broken sinks, and a strong bad smell in the bathroom—yet she called it an “upgrade.” Her conduct was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this host.

“Lindo y cómodo 👍”

The apartment was very nice and clean, with all kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc., and it was very complete in every way. Cora, the owner, was friendly and attentive, and the other apartment mates created a good family atmosphere. After enjoying the lovely and comfortable apartment, it would be much better if the rooms had a television.

Entering the house felt like stepping into a place of worship—quiet, respectful, and very collaborative. I stayed for seven nights, which helped me recharge for my daily activities. The location is close to the tram, supermarkets, bakeries, and cafés. I hope that next time I visit that area it will be available for booking. The stay was too short.
