The reception staff were very helpful, but the room cleaning was terrible – I couldn’t even sit on the sofa because the floor was dirty, and the bed linen hadn’t been changed, which made me doubt whether the room had been cleaned at all. I asked for cleaning again, tipped the two staff members who came, and specifically requested a proper clean before I left. When I returned, they had only changed the bedsheet and left everything else untouched. This level of service is unacceptable and falls short of basic hygiene standards; the issue needs to be addressed with proper supervision and inspection of housekeeping.

I booked a hotel and paid online, but when I arrived I was denied accommodation because I had to pay earlier and the hotel claimed it was fully booked and hadn’t held my reservation.

All amenities in the entire property were the best; the staff are very customer‑friendly and caring, the room was clean, and every facility was top‑class.
