The staff were courteous, welcoming, clean, and the breakfast was good; overall value for money. The location is decent but slightly off‑center from the city (about 15‑20 minutes on foot) and finding parking is hard—at night all street spots are full.
The place is clean, well‑connected, and 15 minutes from the center. They have a kitchen, but you can’t cook—only cold dishes, since it’s a Bed and Breakfast. Street and upstairs neighbor noise can disturb sleepers; if you’re sensitive to sound, it might be hard to fall asleep and you could wake up early.
What did we like? Everything! The new apartment was nicely furnished, the room and bathroom were clean and welcoming. Its location was ideal for walking to the city center. Cristina’s help with the right tips, the excellent and plentiful breakfast prepared by Mariuccia (pleasant to chat with her) made our stay perfect.

The room was super comfy and the shower was great. Cristina’s communication was flawless; she was a lovely, warm host and nothing was a hassle. The spot was within walking distance but away from the busy areas. Street parking worked and a supermarket was close. Breakfast was excellent, and Argie the French poodle stole the show! Nothing was wrong; it was perfect.
