The apartment’s look: old‑style, from the ’50s‑’60s.
The location was great and the staff welcomed us warmly. The bathroom was outside the room, though it was private for me, and it smelled like a stable. The room was tiny and the mattress was very bad.
The colonial vibe and the location were great, but I never got hot water so I had to shower cold and the taps kept dripping. The ad mentioned possible extra charges for pets, yet when I arrived, Mrs. E10 demanded a daily fee for my Chihuahua. When I disagreed, she said I’d pay for one day instead of two. I also wasn’t told the flat had two wings, so I couldn’t find the room the first time and tried the wrong door, which startled me.
