The buffet was magnificent, but I had chosen this hotel for the spa, which unfortunately was not open, very disappointed because I paid for a service that I ultimately did not receive.

A perfect family stay at the Golden Tulip Opéra. Compared to European standards for this hotel range, we felt no gap. The staff are very professional, efficient and extremely welcoming (big thanks to the night reception host for his kindness and professionalism). The restaurant is simply outstanding: the food is very fresh, portions generous, and the beef fillet was a treat. The breakfast buffet is also extremely rich and varied. Finally, the facilities are very classy, impeccably clean and the bedding is absolutely comfortable. Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

The staff are very competent and respond to our needs quickly. The spa is perfect, I recommend it! The breakfast is quite complete. Nothing to report.

Very clean, friendly staff. Thanks to Ashraf & Farris at the breakfast buffet who always kindly offered to make our fresh omelets and welcomed us every morning! Slightly further out from Algiers centre, taxis can take a while to arrive. Getting hold of an iron was tricky, they gave us a steamer which didn't work properly after a while. It would be good if they could have multiple irons for guests to use.

The cleanliness felt fresh, and the staff were excellent. The spa was closed because the manager was on vacation, which is a mistake when you book a spa hotel—if the spa isn’t operating, it’s a problem with the product.
