Calme loin de kuta centre. Pas le menage pas refait le lit lors de la premiere nuit pas enlever les poubelles et remarques faites personnel ne parlant pas anglais juste une mais pas toujours la Chauffeau a 0 Pommeau de douche casse, Et surtout paiement lors de ma reservation avec petit dejeuner et c etait ferme
Tout était parfait, le personnel était très accueillant et à disposition. Petit problème avec la douche qui était bouchée (évacuation)

The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything from wifi to transport, and the room itself was very comfortable—highly recommend! The only downside is that it’s a bit far out; grabbing a scooter is the best option, but we didn’t have one and the staff arranged a driver for us, which worked perfectly. Walking down to Mandalika beach takes about 20 minutes, and we managed that without any trouble. We didn’t notice our door didn’t lock, probably because the location felt safe and we were always on the move; if we had mentioned it, the staff would have either moved us or shown us that the door was actually locked all along. Overall, still very happy!

La habitación es muy amplia y el personal muy agradable. El hotel está situado muy próximo al circuito de moto GP y a 5min del centro en moto, la cual la puedes alquilar ahí mismo. Alguna vez el baño olía un poco a desagüe y echamos un poco en falta una pequeña nevera para mantener el agua fría, pero por lo demás todo bien!
