The hotel is very well located, a very pretty hotel.

The staff were excellent. I had no hot water at 4 am.

The location is very central and the property is clean; the staff are friendly and helpful, though they only speak Spanish, and we had hot water in the mornings, plus a balcony and a small pool. The room, however, was tiny with just one nightstand and hardly any space for luggage, the bathroom was cramped with no storage, there was no air‑conditioning—only a standing fan—and no elevator, meaning many stairs to reach the room.
