The beds were comfy and the walk to the pedestrian area with nice restaurants was short; I liked the cozy lobby where our group gathered. Nothing negative.

It’s a new hotel, very close to the historic centre, beautifully decorated, with professional staff, a clean room, well‑equipped with quality items, and an extraordinary breakfast that has become my favourite hotel in Cluj‑Napoca. Everything was perfect.

The edge‑of‑the‑old‑town location made it ideal for visiting most cultural monuments, the university, and a host of restaurants, cafés and wine bars; the hotel is modern, clean, and the bilingual staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room, the cheapest option, was well sized, had a good bathroom with plenty of hot water, and the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Underground parking was a godsend in a busy city. We didn’t enjoy the hotel bar, which doubled as a restaurant; it felt more like a café with little atmosphere, and oddly it offered no excellent Romanian wine by the glass—just Italian.
