The grounds were wonderful, well‑kept, very green, and everything was close by, clean and comfortable. We wanted to arrange a late check‑out; we asked a day before departure and were told it might be possible, but the receptionist forgot to charge me. On the day of departure I tried to pay, but the administrator said everything was already booked and there were no options. I have a two‑year‑old child who still sleeps during the day, and we were denied. It was clear the administrator was lying. I checked on Booking and there was indeed an available room that day. It was rude and inhuman. The steps on the third floor are unsafe for small children; you can slip and fall if you step incorrectly. Trash from the steps also falls onto pedestrians below.
