The location was fine, but the fridge was unplugged, there was no continental breakfast coffee pot or basket in the room, and we had coffee but no place to put it. It was raining when we arrived and water leaked under the air conditioner, so I had to use a towel to mop it up. At $104 for one night, it wasn’t worth the money or what the pictures and promises had suggested.

They were so rude!! They were rude and very nasty towards my dying mother.

The staff greeted me warmly when I arrived, the room was clean and spacious, the air conditioner worked well and stayed quiet, and the room itself was quiet and easy to reach. I had to dry off with a hand towel because bath towels were missing, there was no breakfast included, it seems the Inn is understaffed, and I hope the pool opens next time I visit.

Getting to The Heritage Inn was pretty easy; the place was clean for the most part and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It took a while for the front‑desk person to attend to you, and they seemed to be always elsewhere.
