The hotel is very cute and located in a nice area. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was nice, offering good value for money. I would have preferred a room more like the picture we booked—very small with no outside window—but the price was great, so it wasn’t bad for just one night’s sleep.

Nothing, from reception to the rooms is the worst. They don't warn you and force you to pay in cash; if you pay by card they charge an extra 4% without telling you, the breakfasts are awful, and if you want a scrambled egg you have to pay 5 dollars.

The staff were always very friendly, the location was great, and the facilities were fine too, except for the neighbors' noise. What I didn't like was that in my room I could practically hear what the person in the room next door was saying, not to mention the noise in the bathroom. The breakfast was also not entirely good.

The staff were very nice. However, we spent 3 nights without hot water and one night with no water at all. After a whole day walking in the sun on tours, it was distressing to go to bed dirty with no shower. We felt this was a common issue, as when we asked the staff, they just stared at us and said we would have one tomorrow—unacceptable. Never again.
