“Lo sconsiglio vivamente”
The breakfast they offer for 25€ is actually at an external venue where you can get it for 15€ if you buy it directly there. The location is great, being very close to the historic center. They don’t have parking and send you to a parking spot more than a kilometer away. With some patience you can park on the street for 18€ a day, and it’s free on Sundays. The staff is dishonest: they claim there is no parking to lure customers. The breakfast at the same venue is 15€, not the 25€ listed. We were told our room was on the third floor with an elevator, but after paying and returning at four, we discovered the room was in a different building without an elevator, still on the third floor. I had booked a suite with a balcony as shown in the photo, but the balcony belongs to the building itself. Since it was four, we accepted another room on the fourth floor, then on the third with an elevator, and another on the floor with stairs. We adapted for just two nights. We toured Croatia visiting many places, and this was the most expensive and unique experience that caused problems. For the room change and the inconveniences the manager promised to compensate us with €20 a day plus 10% for the discomfort. After almost three weeks we are still waiting.
