Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff were friendly, the location suited our needs, and the room was clean. The space was huge but sparse; a couple chairs or a small sitting area would have been useful. Aside from that, everything we required for a brief visit was present, so I still recommend it.

Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable. I was confused at check‑in, mistakenly taking a key for room 17 instead of 19; the key for 19 also opened 17, and a new key marked 18 opened 19 as well, which is concerning. The front desk staff apologized and was kind. We never received hot water in the shower.

There was plenty of parking and a bowling center right across the street, and the shower water was hot. The bed felt like a box spring, pillows were hard, the promised continental breakfast never arrived, there was no coffee in the lobby, the door chain was the only lock, and the vents on the A/C and heater were broken. It was not worth the $100 per night and I would not recommend it.

My stay was quite comfortable, with a clean room featuring nice luxury vinyl plank floors, a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, but I did find the room to be a bit dimly lit with only one lamp. The firm bed and thoughtful touches like fruit and cereal bars for breakfast were a nice touch.

I was impressed with most aspects of my stay, but I did experience a bit of a wait at the reception desk, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, I found the overall experience to be quite positive.
