“צריך להתאים את המחיר לתנאים”
I felt like I was in a village, but I can’t let the owners keep making a living off this. The pictures online are accurate, so they didn’t sell me a fantasy, yet my overall impression is exactly what I wanted to convey—reality doesn’t match the photos, so here’s my take. If you ask me, it’s just fishing; the price I paid was outrageous for a basic unit with cracked, wobbling tiles, the simplest bathroom imaginable, and furniture that looks like grandma brought it in. You might call it charming, but you can’t justify the 336 euros I spent for two nights for two people in December. Even renting two decent rooms in a nearby town would have been cheaper. I never saw any staff. The room has a garden with trees at no extra charge, but if you want to BBQ outside you’ll be asked to buy charcoal from them. Lighting inside the rooms is insufficient, and there’s an outdoor pool that’s useless in winter. They seem to cater to families with kids—there’s a rabbit, a rooster, children’s books, and various small toys, as if the owner thought like a mother, but the price makes no sense; it isn’t a concept at all. At that time of year the rate should be at most half what they charge. Be careful entering from the road; you need to stay alert. There are plenty of cooking and serving utensils but no oven, a washing machine but no dryer, so drying clothes in winter will be a hassle.
