The location was convenient and the bathroom fixtures were decent, with a clean bathtub in both of our bookings. However, the front‑desk lady was very pushy and her tone was off; she insisted on matching the reservation name exactly and refused to accept the platform reference, even though we had already paid by card.

The hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated and the site is very handy, right across from Da’an Forest Park, which is great for kids to run to. Free parking is available on a first‑come‑first‑served basis, and the staff are friendly. There’s also a washer and dryer on‑site, with complimentary detergent from the desk, and a small lounge to wait in while your laundry finishes. The only downside was that during our three‑day stay we never saw a water dispenser in the lobby or on the floors, so we relied on the hotel’s bottled water; having a dispenser for guests to fill their own bottles would have felt more eco‑friendly and in line with the hotel’s water‑saving ethos for linens.
