“Disappointing”

Lovely setting. Beautiful scenery. We arrived after a long day’s drive later than we had expected at four minutes past eight in the evening. We were told that the restaurant had closed at 8 o’clock and that no food could be ordered. The restaurant was still quite full and people were still eating but the staff member insisted that food could not be ordered after 8. It was four minutes after 8. Eventually he agreed that we could have some soup but only soup. Felt that this was quite unreasonable and no effort was made to help us as guests. Felt he was very offhand and unfriendly. Didn’t even bring any bread with the soup. Had to ask. Also informed that coffee machine was being switched off shortly so if we wanted a coffee we better have it immediately. This was before 8.30 in the evening. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel

The hotel is beautiful and tidy, staff are friendly and ready to help, we stayed five nights, breakfast is tasty and plentiful, rooms are clean every morning, and a small fridge in the room is a big plus—definitely loved staying here and will return soon!

“Ein schönes Hotel abseits des Trubels und doch nah an allem dran.”

Quiet room with a good bed, hearty breakfast, and very friendly staff.

“Ci tornerò sicuramente presto”

Easy to reach, the property is very clean and welcoming, staff are cheerful and kind, the pool is perfect, the garden/park well maintained, and all areas are spotless.

The spot is great, the staff were friendly and everything stayed tidy. The only downside was the breakfast – not many sweet options, and the building feels a bit old. Still, a solid stay overall.
