The place is perfect for a quiet, relaxing break and sits close to the floating market; the food was excellent. The room that was originally assigned to us had a mezzanine with stairs, something that wasn’t mentioned until we arrived. The staff were very helpful and moved us to a room that was much more suitable.

Breakfast was good and the setting pleasant. The room facing the pool was far from the reception, so you need a car. The bed was too hard and the bathroom was a disaster.

The main building and bar were beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere, making us feel like the only guests and giving the stay a spooky vibe. The room was small with a terrible bathroom; we had to shower in a tub that took ages to fill, which was definitely uncomfortable. Bathtubs were common 20‑30 years ago, but not anymore.

I fell into the museum vibe of the hotel, the atmosphere was weird but really nice, and the staff were quiet and super efficient—they sorted a transport issue to a place not served by trains, buses or vans. The location was spot on. We stayed in a cabin 300 m from the main building, right by the pool but far from the restaurant, and it was a bit loud; we could hear neighbors’ conversations as if they were in our room, which made it hard to sleep early and woke us up early.
