Erika and Dietrich were incredibly welcoming, open, and friendly—meeting them was a highlight of our France and Belgium trip. We stayed in the attic room, which was spacious and featured a great bathtub. Breakfasts were excellent, professionally presented, and varied daily over our four‑day stay. The B&B sits on a quiet street yet is a short walk to restaurants, bakeries, shops, and the town center. The place is full of antiques, offering many unique items for a Canadian visitor. They also have a hot tub and sauna, though we didn’t use them because we were busy in the city. Brugge is truly special, with its Flemish‑style houses and buildings. I highly recommend this place for what it offers and for the hosts—there’s no comparison to a hotel room!
