The place is well situated, within walking distance of the strip and the RTC bus stop, and there are restaurants about a 5‑minute walk away. A 7‑Eleven is available for last‑minute supplies. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected from a hotel managed by such a large and established group. The bathroom was in poor condition, with very old, rusty fixtures and visible mold, and it didn’t feel clean or properly maintained. Even more concerning, we found two cockroaches in the bathroom on our second day, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The property clearly needs to take pest control and routine maintenance much more seriously. Another major issue was the decision to close and secure the main entrance lobby at night. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since we were traveling with an elderly parent. Having to walk all the way around the property and use the back passage late at night was a significant hassle. More importantly, restricting the main entrance raises serious concerns about accessibility and guest safety in the event of an emergency. The nighttime service was also very poor. With the reception desk locked, it was difficult to locate or contact the receptionist when assistance was needed. We also had trouble reaching reception or housekeeping for basic bathroom supplies. A hotel should have a reliable and accessible point of contact for guests at all times, especially during emergencies. The location was the only major positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the room, cleanliness, pest issue, maintenance, and overall level of service were nowhere near the standard we expected. For a property associated with such a large management group, this level of upkeep and guest service is simply unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that management address the pest control, bathroom maintenance, cleanliness, nighttime accessibility, and front‑desk availability issues immediately. Based on our experience, we expected significantly better and were very disappointed with the overall quality of our stay.
