The location is perfect, the staff are kind, breakfast is generous, the room is quiet, and everything else is great. I was confused because my room card listed a price of 200, but the staff charged 300, saying that was the last year’s price and that a new price list should be used.

The hotel offers three tasty breakfast options that keep you full. The bed is comfortable, the room has a chair, though the layout feels slightly cramped. The air conditioning is pleasant. The water heater didn’t work on the first day, but after reporting it, the staff fixed it quickly. The only downside is that the hotel only provides two bottles of water per day, has no water dispenser for refills, and can’t give extra bottles.

The hotel sits right next to Phayathai station, making BTS or Airport Line trips a breeze; if you’d rather avoid stairs, just take the escalator from exit 5. The rooms were clean, and Let' Relax for massages is nearby. From BKK airport, this place is highly recommended. The soundproofing was a bit lacking—heard the neighbor’s door slam and the water running while they showered.
