The owners were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location of the accommodation was great.

The staff were super friendly from the moment I arrived, and they answered all my questions. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, so that was a big plus. However, the noise from the cars outside was a bit of a problem, but I get it since the window is right next to a main avenue and we were there during New Year's celebrations.

The bed was really comfy, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I was expecting a bit more help from the staff, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
