Located off Highway 34, the Sunparlor Motel is a 5-minute drive from the ferry service and Leamington Dock. It was inexpensive and clean, but dated and poorly organized. The staff were helpful and pleasant, yet the owner needs to tighten standards. The beds seemed like a five‑year‑old’s creation, and we only found one cup after a search. No drinks were provided, even a cheap motel usually does that. The towels were thin and the whole place looked tired.

The room was extremely clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I’d stay again; a coffee maker with coffee would make mornings more convenient.
