The hostel was good for the price, and there were plenty of activities organized by the staff. It felt a little cramped.

“For a hostel at this price in Banff, everything exceeded my expectations.”

The price is reasonable, the room has a private bathroom, the environment is great, and the staff are very helpful. WiFi speed is slow. The bed is very squeaky, making noise whenever I move or turn over, and the soundproofing is poor. Unfortunately, the staff in the Cafe forgot about my breakfast order, and I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food.

The staff welcomed us warmly, the location offered great value, and we felt comfortable. There were amenities for us to cook ourselves and store our equipment. We would have liked the showers to be cleaner with more basic supplies for storing our gear. The rooms were good but a bit rustic.

Personnel très chaleureux, plusieurs commodités pour faire notre cuisine et mette l'emplacement d3 tout notre matériel. Manque de propreté dans les douches et de commodités crochets tablettes etc
