Everything was fine overall, but the hotel needs to improve customer service.

The décor and welcome to the room were nice, yet the food was bland and cold; good restaurants required reservations and had lines, the bed was uncomfortable, the old climate control didn’t cool the slides, and they closed very early so we couldn’t go.
