“Worst hotel to stay, should be blacklisted.”
Except for the location, nothing was good. It was one of my worst stays at this hotel: there was zero staff to help, only one drunk receptionist who first claimed there was no room, then argued that he had to charge Rs.1000/-, saying it wasn’t possible at that price. He gave me a crappy room with everything broken—AC wasn’t working properly, it was fitted on top of the headrest, water dripped onto the pillow, the bed headrest was broken, the bathroom bucket was broken, the cupboard was broken, and even after multiple requests he didn’t give complementary water. He told me I could get a bottle from the can. He was himself staying and eating comfortably in Room no: 103 (I wondered if that was a visitor room or the reception). The worst part was the owner was unreachable, his number kept going off, and the drunk receptionist told me to put my negative comments in, but he didn’t care.
