The TV was broken, but a new one was installed; the middle towels were missing, leaving only shower towels; the breakfast was okay but fresh bread was absent; the room was not particularly appealing and lacked ambiance.

The breakfast was fine. The chef couldn’t print or hand over the guest card and refused to help, so we had to go to the tour office to get it, which is a known issue; the owner’s statement said we were short on it, and the mountain railways had pointed out that all guests should receive the card. This caused financial losses, and we expect action to be taken. Regards, the Rupp family.

A bright, cozy breakfast room invites you to linger; the lady running the service was very friendly and attentive. The spread isn’t lavish but is cleanly presented, offering salmon, cheese, cold cuts, cereals, yogurt, and a fresh fruit basket. I stayed there the last September weekend and often found myself “all alone on a long corridor,” which felt lonely.
