The camera matched the photo, but it was on the first floor and there was no elevator.

The location was good, the room was spacious and comfortable with a clean bed, but I was on the 4th floor and no one helped with luggage. I had to leave my bag downstairs to be stored, yet it was left in the hallway in front of the storage unit. The staff were not particularly friendly when I arrived, giving me a “take it or leave it” attitude about my room. Later, when I went back to pick up my bags, the gentleman on duty was very courteous and even helped me with my luggage to the taxi. Given the price I paid, especially with a shared bathroom, I expected more.

Clean, nice staff. Can check bags on check in and check out day so you don’t need to take them with to explore on day 1 or last day. Too many stairs, we were on the fourth floor it was terrible carrying everything up and walking up every night after walking around NYC all day
